I don’t remember a time when I didn’t suffer from debilitating headaches and terrible back pain. It felt like there were railroad spikes being driven through my head and my lower back ached constantly. Not a day went by when I didn’t have to take ibuprofen or some other pain reliever just to make it through the day. Some days it would be so bad that I had to lie down in a completely dark and silent room and just sleep to help relieve the pain. I began slouching constantly to try to relieve some of the pressure on my lower back which probably only made it worse. It eventually got to the point that nothing could make the headaches go away; I would take 800-1000 mg of ibuprofen and I would still have a headache. Finally, I just got used to it, I learned to ignore the pain and muster through the day. Though I was coping it was hard to concentrate on anything; I was also sick all the time, if anyone around me got sick then I would get sick too. I started seeing Dr. Al Lundeen in April and I quickly noticed a difference. I met with Dr. Al three times a week for approximately half an hour each time. Within a few appointments I noticed my headaches and lower back pain lessening. With each adjustment I seemed to get less headaches and my back pain all but disappeared. I try to do everything Dr. Al suggests because I am determined to one day be headache free. I still get headaches occasionally, typically when I feel stressed, but even when I do the headaches fairly mild and rarely turn into migraines. Seeing Dr. Al has not only helped with my headaches and back pain but has also helped improve my overall health and my state of mind. Dr. Al is committed to helping people become healthier. Dr. Al has made me more conscious of my health.

In July of 2008 my son, Adam, was diagnosed with a non curable disease entitled “Ulcerative Colitis” at just 13 months old.  When we received the diagnosis, naturally it was very disturbing.  That’s when I decided that there had to be a cure, and as a mother I had to fight for my son.  I knew that God is bigger than any disease, and He could cure my son if I was obedient to the care He wanted my son to receive.  I began praying for Adam on a daily basis and exercising my faith, seeking God’s will in where He would have me take my son to be treated. I then sought an alternative method of care for Adam, other than simply medicine.  We had never been to a chiropractor before and I was leery but I took Adam to see Dr. Al.  Dr. Al was very patient with my one year old, Adam, and gained his trust so that my son would allow him to adjust him comfortably.  I especially appreciated this because the disease would flare up under stress.  With the comfortable environment and trust in Dr. Al, my son could relax.  Before I knew it, he was running into the building on his own, giving Dr. Al high fives, hugs, and letting Dr. Al even pick him up and hold him.  Adam would jump on the table to be adjusted!  I noticed a change in my son as time went on, and after five months of care with Dr. Al, I decided to have another colonoscopy conducted to see if he was better.  After the procedure, the Surgeon came out to me in the waiting room and said “you have a miracle baby, the disease is completely gone!”  I cried tears of joy and I knew that I had to give credit where it was due.  First of all, I know it was the Lord who healed my son, but it was through the care he received with Dr. Al that made the difference.  Dr. Al is not only an amazing Chiropractor, but he’s also a very sincere and caring person.  It is rare to have a Doctor who genuinely cares for you and your well being, and especially the most precious part of your life, your child.  I could not be happier that we’ve met Dr. Al and my son and I will continuously receive chiropractic care with him for the rest of our lives.  Thanks so much Dr. Al; as a mother, I could never be more grateful for the healing my precious son has received.

I first went to Dr. Al because I had stiff necks and I saw him and another doctor do a demonstration using the Pro Adjuster. I had an X-Ray done and it was found that I could benefit from Chiropractic care. My spine from the stem of my brain was becoming straight and with the care of Dr. Al this situation was corrected and my stiff necks had stopped. I have gained the following benefits from the care. Better posture (combination of chiropractic care and taking a personal interest in making my posture better) More alert This might be in my mind but I felt taller More confidence as I began to stand taller and people somehow took notice of that. Don't know why but they did. I also found Dr. Al to take a personal interest in his clients. If Dr. Al was a medical doctor he would have outstanding bed side manners. He really cares for how you are doing even after the adjustments are over. He didn't treat you like just a number like so many other service providers seem to do.

I consider Dr. Al Lundeen to be an expert in chiropractic care.
